Weekend Patrols and Safer Neighbourhood Session |
||
|
Over the weekend, your Safer Neighbourhood Team were out on foot across both Shifnal and Albrighton, taking the time to speak with residents and maintain that vital community connection. On Saturday morning, I carried out a foot patrol in Shifnal. Despite the fog and a real chill in the air, it was brilliant to see so many people out and about. I had some great conversations with residents across the town, and it’s always rewarding to hear your thoughts and keep that community link strong. On Sunday afternoon, our team continued the weekend’s activity with a foot patrol in Albrighton. We covered several miles around the village, caught up with residents, and even met a few four‑legged friends along the way. Patrolling on foot gives us the chance to properly engage with you, listen to your concerns, and help keep Albrighton safe and welcoming for everyone. If you see us out and about, please do stop for a chat—whether you’ve got a question, a concern, or simply want to say hello. Your Safer Neighbourhood Team is here to support you. A quick reminder: We’re holding a Safer Neighbourhood Session today at Albrighton and Donington Library between 1100am and midday. These sessions are a great opportunity to speak with us in a relaxed setting, raise any concerns, ask questions, or simply find out more about what we’re doing in your area. Everyone is welcome, so please feel free to drop in and have a conversation with the team.
